Fanidhar Mega Food Park is an approved project by Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. Additionally, Fanidhar Mega Food Park has signed MoU with the Government of Gujarat. Fanidhar Mega Food Park is all about providing a viable “farm to plate” food processing infrastructure which adds value to the perishable farm produce. This project will ensure that the finally processed food products reach its end consumers with superior quality in minimal period of time.
Fanidhar Mega Food Park is located over 52 acres of land in village Mudarda, taluka Jotana in District of Meshsana, Gujarat. This project consists of food processing and supply chain infrastructure including collection centers, primary processing centers, central processing center, cold chain logistics along with 39 entirely developed plots for entrepreneurs to set up food processing units.
Fanidhar Food Park is being developed in an area of about 52.68 acres of land at Munderda village, Mehsana District as Mega Food Park with one CPC (Core Processing Centre) at Munderda and 5 PPCs (Primary Processing Centres) at Sabarkantha, Anand and Vadodara (Gujarat). The project aims to provide food processing infrastructure to the prospective entrepreneurs, farmer groups, exporters etc who could set up various processing units related to agricultural and horticultural strengths of the catchment region.
